Hi, I’m Michaela Sparrow, a down-to-earth naturopath, clinical nutritionist, and anti-ageing practitioner.

I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients, where they can feel comfortable discussing their health challenges.

My journey to wellness has been shaped by my own struggles with chronic health issues, which gives me a unique understanding of what my clients are going through.
Â
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Naturopathic Medicine and Nutrition and am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Advanced Naturopathic Medicine. Additionally, I am certified in anti-ageing medicine through the Australasian Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine (A5M).

My holistic approach combines functional naturopathic medicine, nutritional science, herbal remedies, and lifestyle changes to help my clients address the root causes of their symptoms and transform their health.
I work with busy, high-achieving individuals across the globe, helping them optimise their health and longevity.
Through the use of functional pathology, nutrigenomics, and DNA testing, I develop tailored health plans that consider each individual’s unique needs.
My goal is to promote a sustainable 80/20 approach to health, where clients can enjoy life without feeling deprived.

In addition to one-on-one consultations, I offer online programs and seminars, including my highly regarded Longevity seminar at Australia’s luxury health retreat, Elysia.

I have been featured in leading publications such as WHO Magazine, BeautyCrew, and OK Magazine, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge through writing and presentations.

My own health journey has profoundly shaped my practice. I once found myself in a dark place, dealing with chronic symptoms and feeling frustrated when mainstream medicine offered little help.
 It wasn’t until I began studying naturopathic medicine that I discovered the root causes of my issues—largely stemming from trauma, chronic stress, and anxiety.
 Despite my interest in health and nutrition, I realised my approach wasn’t aligned with what my body truly needed.
Through personal experience, I learned that my health issues—like insulin resistance, estrogen dominance, adrenal dysfunction, and poor gut health—were interconnected.
By applying the knowledge I gained during my studies, I created a treatment plan that addressed these underlying problems. Over six months, I transformed my health: I lost 20 kg, gained lasting energy, and found balance in my life.
 Now, I advocate for an 80/20 lifestyle, where I embrace health 80% of the time and allow myself to enjoy the other 20%.
This means indulging in the foods I love, whether it’s deep-fried chicken and waffles, a bloody mary or a nice dinner out, without feeling guilty.
