What qualifications does your practitioner have?

Michaela has a Bachelor Degree (Naturopathy) from Australia's leading college of natural sciences. And is also a certified anti-ageing practitioner (ACAAM) through the Australasian Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine. She is also a member of the Australian Natural Therapist Association (ANTA).

How many consultations will i need.

Depending on your health status, amount of consultations & length of treatment time will vary. Most clients need between 4-7consultations over the course of 3-6 months.

Do you have health fund rebates?

Unfortunately no.

What will my first session be like?

Your first session will take around an hour (sometimes longer). In a relaxed and comfortable setting we will chat and i will find out more about you and your health concerns. Upon booking a consultation you will be sent a comprehensive intake form, we will go over this and i will explain to you in easy to understand terms but also interesting, what is going on with your health and what our treatment plan will be. This is a highly supportive, motivating & education session, you will leave feeling excited & refreshed .about taking control of your health. Delicious refreshments are served so from the minute you enter the clinic you are being nourished and regenerated.

In-clinic testing may be done in this session, or in a follow up session. 

Do i need in-clinic testing?

In clinic testing in the form of heavy metal & cellular screening is recommended for all new clients. This gives us fast & accurate results of your what your current health status is and allows us to further personalise treatment program. Testing is at an additional cost, and to make it more accessible for clients we offer zipmoney, allowing you to pay off weekly or fortnightly.

Do you offer payment plans?

Clients can take advantage of ezidebit payment plans. Please contact clinic info@thelongevityremedy.com

What will followup sessions be like?

  During this visit the practitioner will re-evaluate your progress and provide any further advice or recommendations required. Additional testing may be done in follow up sessions. Please allow up to 45 minutes for all follow up visit.

Who has access to client records?

Only your practitoner has access to your records.

Do i need a referral?

Naturopaths are primary health care providers, therefore a GP referral is not required to make an appointment with them. If you are seeking to claim under Work Cover, then a referral will be required. Please speak to one of our friendly staff to discuss the process to organise this.

Do you bulk bill?

No, we do not have this option at our clinic. All payments are required either on the day of appointment or on a payment plan with zipmoney. We accept cash, eftpos and all major credit cards including AMEX.
